Website Revenue Diagnostic
A clear verdict on your website, before you decide what to fix.
We review one live business website and send a short written memo: the five findings that matter most, the evidence behind each, and whether to fix it yourself, bring it to Website Rescue, or leave it alone.
$129, paid once. Your written memo arrives within three business days of your completed intake. Review only; we change nothing on your site.
Top five findings
1 · The phone number is not tappable on the first screen.
2 · The page does not say where the business works.
3 · The request form confirms nothing after sending.
Recommendation: Website Rescue
Why it exists
Know what the problem is before you buy the fix.
Free scanners list issues without telling you what matters. A full audit can cost much more. The Diagnostic sits between them: a short, written decision on your site, with the reasons.
It is a focused review of what a visitor and a search engine can see. It is not a scan dump, and it is not a sales pitch for a rebuild.
What we review
Five areas of one live website.
Conversion path
What a visitor sees first, how they reach you or ask for service, and what happens after they do, on a phone as well as a computer.
Message and offer
Whether a stranger can tell what you do, where, for whom, and what to do next.
Search basics
Whether your key pages can be found and indexed, and whether titles and descriptions say what the page is.
Speed and accessibility red flags
Obvious problems that slow people down or lock people out. A screening, not a certification.
Trust and technical signals
Visible contact details, policy pages, a secure connection and other basics a visitor looks for.
Up to 10 URLs
One domain and up to ten pages you choose as the most important. We tell you if we think a page you left out matters.
What you receive
A short memo you can act on.
About two to three pages. The five findings that matter most, each with the evidence we saw, and one clear recommendation.
Example from a made-up business. Not a real review.
Phone visitors cannot call in one tap.
At phone width, the number in the header is plain text and the contact form is below four screens of text.
Home page at 375 px wide: header shows “Call us today” with no tap-to-call link.
Small enough to fix yourself, with steps. Counted toward the overall recommendation.
The recommendation
One of three, with reasons.
- Do it yourself. The fixes are small. We list them in order.
- Website Rescue. The problems are the kind a one-page rebuild solves. We say so, and say why.
- Not worth fixing. The site is fine for what it does, or the money is better spent elsewhere.
How it works
Four steps, in writing.

Is it a fit?
- You own or manage the website and can say what you want it to do
- It is a live, public site for a small business
- You want a verdict, not a rebuild

Terms in plain words
What to expect, including the exits.
Delivery. The memo is sent by email within three business days of receiving your completed intake. If your intake is missing something we need, we ask once, and the clock starts when we have it.
Refunds. A full refund is available if you ask before we begin your review, and if we decide your site is not a fit. After the review begins or the memo is delivered, payment is non-refundable, except if we fail to deliver the agreed memo or materially fail what is described on this page.
Your information. We use what you send only to review your site and reply to you. We look at public pages only, so please don’t send passwords or logins. Payment is handled by Stripe. Read our Privacy Policy and Legal & Policies.
How we review. We use software tools, including AI, to inspect pages and draft findings. Every finding in the memo is checked against the evidence before we send it.
