Be My Tech LLC provides prospect research services: we research businesses matched to a client’s stated target market from legitimate public sources and deliver source-cited, date-checked prospect records. Current offerings include 3 researched sample prospects free, and 50 researched prospects for $59 one-time. There is no subscription. Authors & Books: we review an author’s stage, objective, audience, and current obstacle and provide a written, context-based next-step recommendation. There is no forced package; any paid work is scoped individually after the free review.

Services for any paid engagement are defined in a written proposal or invoice. Information on this website is general marketing information and does not replace the signed proposal, statement of work, payment terms, or client agreement that governs an actual paid engagement.

Acceptable use of Prospect Research: delivered records are for your own business outreach. You are responsible for complying with the email, calling, and data-protection regulations that apply in your region and to your use of the records — Be My Tech does not review or approve your outreach campaigns, and purchasing Prospect Research does not transfer that compliance responsibility to Be My Tech. Resale or redistribution of delivered records is not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing. Records are not intended for, and may not be used to make, credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other decisions about an individual that are regulated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar law. We check each record’s source and date at the time of research, but we do not guarantee ongoing accuracy or deliverability after delivery, since business contact details can change over time. Where practical, we default to company-level or role-based contact pathways; a named individual contact is included only where that person is publicly identified in a business capacity relevant to the request.
