Be My Tech Start Fit Check

For Businesses

Know which accounts deserve outreach effort.

BMT helps teams turn a vague target market into a sharper prospecting decision using fit judgment, prioritization, source context, and practical research.

The problem

Most prospecting waste begins before the first message is sent.

Poor fit

Lists can look large while leaving the team to judge whether the underlying records are trustworthy and who is plausibly relevant.

Thin context

Records without evidence make it hard to verify whether contact data is real or guessed before writing, prioritizing, or defending the outreach plan.

Wrong commitment

Teams can overbuy tools before they know whether the target segment is worth pursuing.

Comparison

Match the research path to the decision.

The right option depends on whether you need volume, software access, internal control, or a focused evidence-backed view.

What BMT delivers

A smaller research artifact with better decision context.

The work is intentionally scoped around a market question so your team can review the evidence before committing to a broader motion.

Fit criteria

Clear selection logic based on the market, geography, buyer type, or account situation you need to test.

Traceable notes

Concise source context so a human can review why a company belongs in the research set.

Decision-ready scope

A practical output for outreach planning, segment evaluation, or next-step prioritization.

Target Account Intelligence Sprint

50 researched U.S. B2B accounts for $499, with calibration before scale.

For one ICP, one buyer job and one target segment, BMT researches and prioritizes 50 unique accepted U.S. B2B organizations using current public and first-party sources.

Included in the standard Sprint

  • Five-account calibration before full-scale research
  • One structured refinement to inclusion/exclusion criteria or field interpretation within the original buyer job
  • Source-backed structural-fit rationale and current commercial context
  • Dated trigger evidence when evidenced, otherwise NONE EVIDENCED
  • At least two current buyer-relevant senior decision-makers/titles per accepted account
  • Legitimate public business contact route, source URLs, checked date and material uncertainty/counter-case
  • Machine-readable workbook plus concise methodology and field definitions

Delivery and boundaries

Calibration: by end of next business day after complete intake and payment. After calibration is approved or waived, the full 50 accepted accounts are delivered within four business days; the typical complete path is within five business days with timely feedback.

One objective QA correction pass is included for duplicate, stale, broken-evidence, factual or frozen-criteria errors requested within five business days.

Not included: guaranteed buyer intent or qualified-lead status, guaranteed replies/meetings/pipeline/revenue, guessed personal emails or private contact data, appointment setting, managed outbound, CRM implementation or buyer-specific paid data.

Standard price: $499 one-time. Requests outside the certified standard scope are reviewed separately before any commitment.
